Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions for AI/ML and generative AI initiatives;
- Design the integration of AI services with corporate systems and data platforms;
- Develop the application of LLM, RAG, and agent scenarios; design model access to corporate data sources.
Requirements:
- Design of corporate IS, integration, and distributed solutions for 5+ years;
- Role of Solution / Domain / Lead Architect or similar for 3+ years;
- Interaction with business units, product teams, and engineering functions.
Architecture and Security :
- Enterprise-level integration architecture, API-first approach.
- Solutions with enhanced security requirements and access control.
- Definition and verification of non-functional requirements.
- Observability, monitoring, and auditing; documentation and maintenance of ADR.
AI/ML :
- Understands how modern LLM platforms work and how RAG is built.
- Integrated AI services with corporate data sources; understands agent systems and calling external tools.
- Familiar with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Basic MLOps and model lifecycle.
- Plus – experience in evaluating and selecting models, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and AI platform components.
Will be a plus :
- Corporate AI assistants, platforms for working with LLMs;
- Intelligent search and document processing;
- Analytical, scoring, or insurance models;
- Participation in digital or technological transformation programs of large organizations.
