What’s the day-to-day like? You own the product roadmap end-to-end — writing PRDs, running sprints, syncing with devs, tracking KPIs post-release. You're in the trenches from week one. No ramp-up, no hand-holding. We move fast and expect you to lead, not follow.

Do I need to be a developer? We're on Solana. Frontend is Next.js, smart contracts in Rust/Anchor, standard Web3 infra. You don't need to code — but you need to understand what the devs are saying and push back intelligently when something can ship faster.

Compensation? Base in USDT monthly + token allocation on a vesting schedule. The split depends on experience and what you bring.
