— Mandatory direct experience working with artists as a music manager, artist manager, or project manager at a label — Practical experience in preparing releases and promoting music projects, with specific cases demonstrating a clear personal contribution to artist development — Understanding of the music industry, principles of working with audience, content, and artist positioning — Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and deliver tasks to completion — Ability to build relationships with artists, coordinate the team, and monitor the fulfillment of agreements — Independence, attention to detail, confident work with spreadsheets, calendars, and task trackers — Willingness to be present at shoots and accompany artists to events
