DNK Music label is looking for an experienced (5+ years) Head of Artist Acquisition and Relations to join their team.

Responsibilities: — Leadership and development of two teams: A&R and Artist Management — Searching, attracting, and signing new artists (300k+ listeners), including conducting negotiations and closing deals — Retaining current artists and preventing churn — Ensuring the highest level of service for artists — Responsibility for achieving team OKRs and KPIs

Candidate Requirements: — Leadership experience of 5+ years in the music industry — Strong network — Understanding of current realities: context, platforms, rules, finances — Portfolio of actual artist signings — Willingness to provide references from people you have worked with
