Main functions and tasks of the Partner Relations Specialist:
- Search and attraction of new partners.
- Formation of a database of potential partners, preparation of presentation materials and proposals, negotiation of cooperation, preparation of agreements.
- Formation of the Board of Trustees and the Theater Friends Club.
- Development of the concept for the Board of Trustees and the Friends Club, launch of operations.
- Support for existing partners.
- Regular communication, control of agreement fulfillment, increasing engagement.
- Preparation of reports for partners.
- Analytics.
- Preparation of analytics on partner relations for management.
Requirements:
- Broad knowledge in the field of art and culture.
- Skills in prompt creation of presentations.
- Excellent knowledge of basic programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote.
