JSC "Uralenergomash" is a dynamically developing company with 28 years of unique experience in the installation, modernization, and repair of centrifugal compressors and steam turbines of domestic and foreign production.

Our key clients are industry leaders: "Lukoil", "Sibur", "Rosneft", "EuroChem", "Rosatom", and other major enterprises. We implement complex projects throughout the Russian Federation and the CIS countries, relying on a team of highly skilled specialists in working with high-tech equipment.

We are looking for a partner for long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation to expand our presence in the regions.

Your tasks:

• Development of a regional network for: repair, supply, and maintenance of dynamic equipment (turbines, compressors) and energy facilities.
• Establishment and development of cooperation with existing repair enterprises in the regions (repair and balancing of rotors, journal bearings).
• Active promotion of the company's services among industrial enterprises in assigned regions.
• Search and attraction of new customers.

Our expectations from a partner:

• Established business connections and successful project implementation experience in the supply and repair of energy and dynamic equipment in the Russian Federation/CIS.
• Work experience in enterprises performing repair of power equipment, or in the field of industrial facility maintenance.
• Understanding of work planning processes at thermal power plants and power units, ability to influence contractor selection.
• Participation in the development or design of energy facilities will be an advantage.

Cooperation terms:

• Work format: agency agreement/civil law contract, partnership. A fixed salary is not provided.
• Project financing: the company fully covers all project expenses (business trips, communication, materials, etc.) from the moment you submit a project and a decision is made to implement it.
• Remuneration system:

An advance payment is made after the contract is signed with the Client (amount is discussed individually).

The main remuneration is up to 10% of the net profit from the concluded contract. A phased payment is possible during the project implementation.

The final settlement is made after the signing of the acts of completed work.
