We are actively developing our work with AI-creators and expanding the team. The product has already passed market validation, we have an audience, a working economy, and accumulated experience in promotion through AI content.
We are looking for a manager who will independently handle work with creators from search to the launch of cooperation and further result control.
The main platform is Instagram. It is necessary to constantly monitor fresh AI-Reels, find AI-creators, and rapidly growing AI content. Regular bloggers are interesting only if they create suitable AI content.
It is important to independently organize your work: understand who to write to first, manage all agreements, promptly return to correspondence, and solve typical issues without constant guidance from a supervisor.
• Daily search for AI-creators and fresh AI content on Instagram; • Evaluate authors and select those worth working with first; • Independently reach out to creators and conduct negotiations; • Discuss terms, negotiate, and handle objections; • Bring agreements to launch and control placements; • Monitor results, re-engage with promising partners, and develop successful collaborations; • Propose new methods for searching and attracting creators.
Experience working with AI products or promoting AI services is mandatory. Ideally, experience with a direct or adjacent competitor.
Also, independent experience working with bloggers is mandatory: search, correspondence, negotiations, and launching cooperation.
Simply having an interest in neural networks, using ChatGPT, or generating content for personal use does not count as such experience.
For work, there is already a knowledge base, real case studies, scripts, working spreadsheets, and AI agents. All essential materials and accumulated experience will be transferred to the new manager from day one.
Compensation: fixed part + % of the turnover of bloggers you attract. Income for the position is 200–300 thousand ₽ per month and higher.
We will expand the team rapidly. Further growth opportunities include becoming a head of the department, assembling your own team of managers, and being responsible for specific acquisition areas.
