We are inviting an experienced Head of Blogger Relations from Moscow to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attract new partners (bloggers, artists, influencers) — priority: musicians, entertainment content creators, niche communities with independent identities;
- Conduct negotiations with media personalities and involve them in sales of their own merchandise collections through Vsemayki, using personal connections and trust within the industry;
- Explain the logic of product monetization to partners and protect their intellectual property (trademarks, anti-piracy);
- Manage the team: support staff, collection development designers, etc.;
- Control the execution of plans for turnover and margin;
- Monitor performance through a proprietary online dashboard (Claude Code/vibe-coding) with reporting on orders, active shops, and conversion rates;
- Coordinate the launch of new collections and work with developers to improve the platform for the team's needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role from 3 years;
- Understanding of e-commerce: interfaces, product ranking, conversion;
- Skills in working with media personalities and their teams, handling objections;
- Understanding of content monetization through merchandise and basic intellectual property protection (trademarks, copyright);
- Experience with CRM — building and maintaining online dashboards (Claude Code / vibe-coding);
- Experience in setting technical tasks and interacting with developers;
- Understanding of logistics and supply chains — procurement, warehousing, shipping;
- Team management experience: problem-solving, plan execution control, hiring and training.
