Through real-time AI-powered chat, photos, and videos, our product offers an easy, sex-positive space for self-exploration and deep connection with zero judgment and zero pressure.

This market has no inbound. Nobody fills in a contact form to ask about a rev-share deal. We need someone who already knows which agencies matter and which creators are worth the call, who can negotiate terms that hold up six months later, and who then keeps that partner producing instead of moving on to the next signature. Half the job is outside the company, half of it is inside: telling our production team what each model needs, in what volume, by when.

What you'll do

• Bring on influencers and models: find them, negotiate, agree terms, launch.
• Get to agencies and open up their model pools.
• Find and integrate partnerships, both technology and promo automation.
• Run the flow of promo material from our internal team for every model: what's needed, how much, by when.
• Own the pipeline and the forecast. Revenue and cash flow for the direction sit with you.
• Set priorities and grow volume partner by partner.
• Develop the line-up: new SKUs, work on content cost.
