🤖 SDR / BD Manager - Sales of integrations with AI Influencers (with experience in AI outreach)

ICG is an agency that creates its own AI influencers (talking heads indistinguishable from real bloggers) for global brands. We build media channels that grow organically and provide native integrations. Clients include fintech, SaaS, gaming, health, DTC, etc. Global market.

Tasks: ▪️ Sell advertising integrations with our AI influencers: full cycle from first contact to deal ▪️ Build cold funnels: LinkedIn, Slack communities, Reddit, Instagram, email ▪️ Set up outreach automation: database scraping and enrichment, touchpoint sequences. Tools will be provided. ▪️ Work through all channels: directly with brands, through aggregators (Collabstr and similar), media and marketing agencies ▪️ Prepare decks, mediakits, and offers for specific brands, use market data for pricing

Requirements: ▪️ Experience in automation - key: e.g., LinkedIn outreach, scraping, email sequences, lead search on Instagram, lead database collection and base enrichment, etc. ▪️ Fluent English - calls and deals with global clients ▪️ Experience in sales of influencer campaigns, UGC / brand content, or media advertising; own network of contacts with brand decision-makers and agencies - a strong plus

Conditions: ▪️ Full-time, fully remote ▪️ Fixed $1000 + high % of sales with no ceiling ▪️ Commission based on LTV model: as long as the client stays with us, you receive a commission ▪️ Growth to Head of BD
