📍 This role is for those who want not just to lead sales, but to build commercial strategy, scale international sales, and influence the development of an AI/ML product | willingness to relocate to Cyprus and travel

Responsibilities: — Develop and implement sales and business scaling strategy; — Build and develop a sales department: hiring, training, and processes; — Independently attract B2B clients, conduct C-level negotiations, and close large deals; — Develop strategic partnerships and represent the company at industry events; — Analyze the market, identify new growth opportunities, and improve the sales funnel; — Work closely with the product team, influencing product development.

We are looking for someone who: — Has 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of complex technological solutions; — Has worked in SaaS, ML, AI, or other technology companies; — Has experience building and scaling sales from scratch; — Can negotiate with CEOs, CTOs, CDOs, and close large deals; — Has team management experience; — Possesses English language proficiency at C1+ level;
