We are looking for a strong Product / Growth Designer for a fast-growing AI/EdTech subscription product with a focus on B2C growth and performance mindset.

Over the past few months, the product has grown from scratch to a 7-figure monthly spend and continues to scale actively 🚀

What you will do: — Design end-to-end product experience (onboarding, learning flows, paywalls, mobile & web UX) — Improve subscription funnel conversions — Launch and iterate A/B tests quickly — Build a design system and a unified visual language for the product — Work at the intersection of product / growth / engineering / content — Interact directly with founders and influence the product roadmap

What is important: — Experience with subscription-based products is mandatory — Strong understanding of growth/design impact on conversion, retention, and engagement — Experience with paywalls, onboarding flows, funnel optimization — Data-driven and experimentation mindset — Experience in B2C/mobile/web products — Independence and ownership
