We're hiring a Growth Product Designer to shape the experience that turns new signups into habitual learners and, eventually, paying customers.
You'll design the systems that guide users from their first click through their first returning session to their first paid decision, working end to end from discovery through shipped experiment.
You’ll partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers across teams working on the core B2C user experience, particularly in activation and monetisation, including onboarding flows, paywalls, and in-product conversion touch points, tuned to where a user actually is in their first weeks rather than a single fixed moment.
