Looking for a Middle+ UX/UI / Product Designer (part-time) at Intch 🚀

About the company Intch - a product in the future of work category 🌍 We help professionals around the world find part-time and flexible opportunities through their profile and job listings within the platform. The product is growing fast, there are more directions - and we need a second designer on the team.

Work format • part-time: ~20 hours per week • fully remote 🏡 • flexible schedule • time zone: ±1–2 hours from GMT+3 • paid vacations, sick leave, and day-off 💰 Salary: ~$1500–2500/month (depending on experience and workload)

🖥️What you'll do • work with a real product, not concepts • design onboarding, paywalls, and core user flows • improve current scenarios and launch new features • simplify UX and reduce friction in the product • prepare design for development (handoff, states, logic) • interact with the development team and participate in implementation review • maintain consistency between web and mobile

⭐️Who we're looking for • English B2–C1 • able to solve problems, not just "draw screens" • have worked with development and delivered solutions to release • understand onboarding / conversion / paywalls • have experience with web and mobile • able to work quickly and without perfect briefs • have a portfolio with real products(!) willing to confirm work experience via stdr/references from previous jobs

👑 Will be a plus • subscription products • HRTech / EdTech / FinTech • experience with design systems • user research / A/B tests

‼️Important • this is the role of the second designer - a lot of hands-on work • fast sprints and real product tasks • we value results, not perfect pixels
