Aviation Interiors company is looking for a Head of the Financial and Economic Department.
For over 20 years, Aviation Interiors has been creating aircraft interiors and implementing engineering projects that make flights safer and more comfortable for thousands of passengers.
Responsibilities:
- Department management (budgeting, pricing, treasury); coordination of economists and specialized professionals
- Participation in organizing financial planning and managing the Company's working capital
- Accompanying treasury and special accounts in terms of providing information on the distribution of cost items to the customer and financial organization
- Project support in terms of interaction with customer representatives from the financial service regarding accounts receivable, correctness of submitted primary documents, conducting business correspondence, submitting necessary reports and certificates upon request
- Approval of contracts, Civil Code. Interaction with Customer services and Military Representation within the scope of competence
- Performing plan/actual analysis of the financial and economic activities within projects, analysis of the cost of goods sold and production costs. Preparation of current documents, as well as justifications and calculations for them (RKM)
- Proficiency in methods for calculating the cost of goods sold for manufactured products. Independent calculation (RKM)
- Independent work with economic calculations for State Defense Orders (GOZ)
- Optimization of business processes, updating of regulatory documents; participation in the implementation and development of 1C:ERP (procurement, sales, warehouse, budgeting); automation of calculations in Excel (pivot tables, modeling); refinement of accounting systems
Requirements:
- Higher economic education
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant positions in economic planning, pricing, cost accounting
- Experience in manufacturing companies will be an advantage
- Advanced MS Office knowledge, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of 1C/1C ERP or other accounting programs (document flow)
