Lead DevOps (relocation to Georgia or remote, global)

Tasks:

• Develop the testing and production infrastructure of the platform. • Increase the stability and fault tolerance of the infrastructure (target uptime 99.9%). • Develop and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure. • Prepare the SaaS platform for On-Prem deployment and work with bare metal/On-Prem scenarios. • Develop CI/CD processes and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting. • Participate in architectural decisions and in the development of the infrastructure team, participate in hiring.

Requirements:

• Experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure. • Experience in technical leadership or team management for at least 2 years. • Ratio of Lead/hand-on tasks approximately 50/50. • Deep knowledge of Linux and networking technologies; practical experience with Kubernetes. • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and experience in building fault-tolerant production infrastructure. • Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and automation in Bash or Python; CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

Will be a plus:

• Experience with bare metal and On-Prem infrastructure. • Experience with infrastructure migration and building HA systems. • Experience with security best practices and understanding of OWASP Top 10. • Experience in independently resolving complex production incidents.
