Our team focuses on automating business processes in the Real Estate and Operations sector of Sber, including the creation of AI agents based on GenAI.
It will be necessary to develop the backend of AI agents using LangGraph, make architectural decisions regarding agent systems, and design the cognitive architecture of agents.
Responsibilities
- Development of services using LLM
- Development of AI agents
- Development of applied software in Python
- Estimation of task complexity, participation in planning
- Writing unit tests
- Searching for the best solutions together with designers and analysts.
- Interaction with developers and other teams in an Agile format.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a developer in software development projects using Python tools and technologies
- At least 4 years of experience in AI/ML/NLP
- Experience working with language models (LLM) via API
- Experience using coding agents: Claude Code, Cursor
- Experience using libraries for interacting with LLM: LangChain, LangGraph, etc.
- Experience with Python frameworks: FastAPI/Django/Flask
- Experience developing REST API
- Experience working with relational databases PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases - for example, MongoDB
- Experience working with vector databases: PGVector, ChromaDB
- Experience integrating infrastructure components with external systems
- Experience working with flexible development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, and/or Scrum)
- Skills in working with generative AI models;
- Experience creating AI agents and using them in work
Will be a plus
- Experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products,
- Instrumental command of AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
