Intern for a team building an AI-powered CRM for client managers. The task is to prototype and develop AI agents in the Langflow low-code environment for automating user request processing.
Responsibilities:
- Creating agent prototypes based on business requirements in the Langflow low-code environment, including using tools and RAG to automate manual user request processing workflows.
- Compiling and tuning prompts.
- Writing and maintaining agent requirements and operational algorithms based on business needs.
- Developing integrations, initiating CRs (Change Requests) with related teams.
- Coordinating the resolution of requests with related teams and automating this process.
- Writing and maintaining accompanying documentation.
- Creating tasks for development and testing.
Requirements:
- Understanding of generative AI principles and related technologies: prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, tool calling, etc.
- Experience with XML/JSON.
- Understanding of basic application integration principles and methods (REST, message queues).
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Ability to effectively communicate with the development team, business users, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to use UML for system modeling.
