Intern to join a team creating an AI-powered CRM for client managers. The goal is to develop skills in building AI agents: low-code prototyping, prompt engineering, integrations, and automating request processing.
Responsibilities:
- Creating agent prototypes based on business requirements in the Langflow low-code environment, including using tools and RAG for automating manual user request processing.
- Composing and tuning prompts.
- Writing and maintaining requirements and agent operational algorithms based on business requirements.
- Developing integrations, initiating CRs with adjacent teams.
- Coordinating request resolution with adjacent teams, automating this process.
- Writing and maintaining accompanying documentation.
- Creating tasks for development and testing.
Requirements:
- Understanding of generative AI principles and related technologies: prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, tool calling, etc.
- Experience with XML/JSON.
- Understanding of basic principles and methods of application integration (REST, message queues).
- Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Ability to effectively communicate with development teams, business users, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to use UML for system modeling.
