Requirements: Project: State. Critical to have experience using systems on the Nаvisiоn / MS Dynamics NАV platform (at least 2 years). Must have higher education. Proven experience as a Senior-level analyst for at least 5 years. Skills in identifying and formalizing requirements for IT solutions, customer communication. Experience with API integration (SOAP/REST). Practical experience in configuring and working with message brokers. Ability to visualize business processes through diagrams (functional architecture, use-case, user story, sequence diagram). Competencies in IT solution design, development of functional and integration architecture. Proficiency in GAP analysis methodology. Ability to develop functional requirements for applications and services (including UI, functionality, algorithms, role model, and integration requirements). Confident SQL skills for analytical tasks. Experience with state traceability systems such as "Chestny Znak" and similar.
