Friends, CyberAtlas company is looking for Senior DevOps for an EdTech project. We want to clarify right away that this is project-based employment for 4-5 months, but if our company likes your experience and results, we will be able to discuss further employment and involvement in future projects. More details about the project: A new product is at the launch stage. Currently, production infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and containerization practices are absent. An engineer is required to take on the full cycle of design and implementation of the entire technical platform, from organizing repositories and setting up pipelines to building a fault-tolerant production environment and implementing observability and security standards.

Tasks

1. Development environment and CI/CD organization.
2. Containerization and orchestration management: Development and optimization of Docker images. Deployment and configuration of Kubernetes clusters.
3. Implementation of GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
4. Building a fault-tolerant architecture.
5. Deployment and administration of queue systems and middleware.
6. Creation of an observability and logging system: Deployment of a full stack for monitoring, logging, and tracing. Implementation of the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized log collection and analysis. Configuration of Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Tempo for metrics collection, visualization, and distributed tracing.
7. Security provision: Integration of vulnerability analysis tools, secret management, implementation of network policies and Zero Trust approaches.
8. Server park and environment administration: Deployment and maintenance of servers (Linux), virtualization setup, network interaction configuration, resource management, and cost optimization.
9. Documentation and platform development: Recording architectural decisions (ADR), runbooks, creation of an internal developer portal.

Requirements:

· Experience in building infrastructure and CI/CD processes from scratch (greenfield). · Deep understanding of Linux, network protocols, and distributed systems architecture. · Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python) and experience with version control systems. · Experience in administering and fine-tuning production Kubernetes clusters, including working with operators, Helm, Kustomize. · Understanding of message broker principles (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and the ability to configure them for various loads. · Experience in implementing SRE practices: defining SLO/SLI, incident management, root cause analysis. · Knowledge of security approaches at all stages of CI/CD (DevSecOps). · Ability to design scalable and fault-tolerant systems for both high-load and low-load environments.
