Tasks:
- Build models and identify factors influencing employee churn, training, and engagement
- Work with large data volumes: SQL, Python, ETL, automation
- Apply machine learning and modern AI tools to real-world problems
- Translate analysis results into understandable recommendations for business and top management
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of analytics experience
- Proficient Python and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation and understanding of experimental design
- Experience with ML and modern AI tools
- Ability to explain complex things in simple terms and see business value behind the numbers
