· higher education (mathematics, statistics, computer science, finance) · at least 3 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in the financial sector (risk management, finance) · practical experience in developing AI agents to solve business problems · experience in formalizing business requirements · understanding of ML model operating principles · proficiency in SQL and Python, with confident experience working with large datasets · strong data analysis, verification skills, and attention to detail · ability to use data for analysis and prototyping, using AI agent-based solutions in your work · understanding of management accounting and P&L processes, economics of banking products · be proactive, ready to solve non-standard tasks, and work effectively in a team
