Colleagues, we are looking for a project manager for an unmanned vehicle.

Position specifics:

1. Project progress control and coordination of key functional units: designers, technologists, procurement department, production, and unmanned systems department.

2. Mandatory requirements:

• experience in project management and building interaction in cross-functional teams, understanding of development stages and task order;
• engineering background in mechanical engineering, knowledge of functional systems and basics of unmanned technologies;
• experience in budgeting and product cost control.

3. Project support at all stages of the product lifecycle — from start-up to implementation. An excellent opportunity to see the entire result and personally influence the final product. Participation in brainstorming sessions and technical councils, generating interesting ideas, will also be involved.

4. Responsibilities include: planning, building Gantt charts, preparing reports in executive format. You need to be able to package technical and departmental performance information into clear slides and figures so that top management sees a transparent picture.

5. The ability to argue persuasively and be an expert in controversial issues is important.
