Facebook* Ads Targeting Specialist
Hello, we are Lira Agency, a certified Premier Google Partners Agency.
Since 2017, we have been creating and managing Google Ads campaigns for companies in the USA, helping our clients attract targeted customers and increase sales.
We are growing rapidly, and due to an increase in project volume, we need a reliable and experienced Facebook Ads targeting specialist*.
What you will do:
- Efficient work with paid traffic channels in Facebook* Ads, their analytics, and achieving target business metrics for our clients' projects.
- Development of a strategy for working with paid traffic channels.
- Setting up web analytics.
- Preparation and launch of advertising campaigns with their further development.
- Search for new growth points, testing hypotheses.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and landing pages.
- Preparation of reports on the work and performance of paid traffic channels.
- Proactivity in testing new advertising system tools.
What we expect from you:
- Experience: from 1 year in Facebook* Ads, confirmed by results with E-commerce projects.
- Skills: Ability to analyze information and work with a large volume of data.
- Confident written Russian and English: for quick information processing and written communication.
- Attention to detail: ability to strictly follow instructions and checklists.
- Willingness to learn: quickly grasp new tasks and tools.
- A plus would be having Fb* certificates, as well as experience with LinkedIn Ads and other highly specialized advertising systems.
Working conditions:
- Support and training: detailed instructions and checklists for all tasks.
- Flexible schedule, but with adherence to task deadlines.
- Opportunity for development working with the US market.
- Salary: $800 during the probation period (3 months), then - from $1000 gross with the possibility of increase depending on performance results by grades.
- Training: the company pays 50% of the cost of courses and trainings.
- Schedule: 5 days a week, mandatory online presence from 9:00 to 16:00 Moscow time.
- Relocation assistance (if needed): visa processing, opening bank accounts, support with moving to Armenia.
Important conditions:
- The job requires a confident knowledge of English.
- Freelancing is prohibited.
- Paid internship (3 months), the internship can be shortened based on performance.
