Account Manager / Project Manager

Hello, we are 'Lira' Bureau, a certified Premier Google Partners Agency.

Since 2017, we have been creating and managing Google Ads campaigns for companies in the USA, helping our clients attract targeted customers and increase sales.

We are actively growing, and due to the increase in project volume, we need a reliable and experienced project manager/account manager who will become an integral part of our team.

Key Competencies for the Bureau Manager:

— Ability to build communication between the engineer, other project team members, and the client, to help the client, to be their trusted advisor.

The manager sees the entire project from the client's perspective, thinks in business metrics, builds reports, cares about the project's benefit, works together with the engineer to achieve the set business goals. Skilled in negotiations, honest, attentive to detail, and accurate.

During the project work, the manager acts as a 'product owner' (in Scrum/Agile terms).

Mandatory requirements for the bureau manager:

• Experience managing projects in the role of Account Manager or Project Manager for at least 1 year.
• Significant advantage if you have hands-on experience (even 3 months) with Google Ads contextual advertising systems, Facebook Ads.
• Confident knowledge of Excel (complex formulas, filters, pivot tables, and reports).
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Client support from initial inquiry through to project launch and operation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Skills in business analytics, understanding, and building business processes.
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a distributed team, experience with Scrum/Agile project work is a plus.
• Not liking Fridays, but adoring Mondays.

An advantage would be a mathematical/technical education (even incomplete), entrepreneurial experience.

Conditions

• Remote work on client projects and on the bureau's own projects. The key word here is 'work'. We need a manager for permanent work.
• Gross salary during the internship period $1000 (3 months), after internship $1000-1400 gross.
• No cold calls/sales.
• Assistance and mentorship from the lead manager.
• Mandatory attendance at training seminars, courses, business trips if necessary if these events are held in other cities.
• Payment of 50% of the cost of any reasonable training events.
• Salary depending on qualifications.

What you need to be prepared for

• There is really a lot of work.
• Qualified clients → complex approvals.
• The manager must deeply understand everything that happens on their projects.
• You will need to study constantly, a lot, quickly, and, to a significant extent, on your own. The supervisor or lead manager may return any task for rework if they believe it was not done with sufficient quality.
• Making mistakes is allowed, no one will punish you for them, but you must learn from mistakes.
