Business Assistant
We are looking for an active and goal-oriented individual with experience as a business assistant. It is important that you are organized, capable of managing tasks efficiently, assisting in the preparation of reports and documents, as well as supporting the manager's strategic and operational work.
What awaits you in this position
- Managing the manager's workflow: scheduling meetings, organizing the calendar, conducting planning meetings, preparing for meetings, and monitoring task completion.
- Managing written communication: preparing letters, reports, and other documents; interacting with clients and company partners.
- Research and analysis of information: assisting in data collection, analyzing reports, preparing documents and proposals based on the manager's requests.
- Participation in strategic processes: supporting the manager in coordinating key projects, performing analytical tasks for decision-making.
- Multitasking and flexibility: you will work with a large number of diverse tasks and switch between them based on priorities.
- Troubleshooting: you will solve problems, quickly delve into new subjects and areas, and be able to find solutions to non-standard business tasks.
Main responsibilities
- Managing the manager's calendar and organizing their workday.
- Preparing and maintaining meeting minutes, monitoring task completion.
- Managing written communication with partners and clients.
- Preparing analytical reports, documents, and presentations.
- Researching and gathering information for decision-making.
- Working under conditions of multitasking and high workload.
- Communicating with a distributed team, including working in SCRUM/Agile.

Work conditions
- Remote work with a flexible schedule, or hybrid work in an office in Yerevan.
- Salary: $1000 gross during the internship period (3 months), then — from $1500 gross.
