Account Manager / Project Manager Assistant
Hello, we are Lira Bureau, a certified Premier Google Partners Agency.
Since 2017, we have been creating and managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads for companies in the USA, helping our clients attract target customers and increase sales.
We are growing actively, and due to the increasing volume of projects, we need a reliable and experienced Account Manager / Project Manager Assistant who will become an integral part of our team.
It is important that you adapt quickly, easily find common ground with people, and do not tolerate irresponsibility.

What you will do:
- Support and coordinate meetings and planning sessions, keep minutes.
- Maintain written communication with clients.
- Search for and analyze information, prepare reports and documents.
- Prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
- Work in a multitasking environment with high workload.
- Communicate with a distributed team, including working in SCRUM/Agile.
What we expect from you:
- Proactivity and Positivity: Quick-witted and eager to learn.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to structure tasks and see them through to completion.
- Readiness to work in uncertainty: Ability to make decisions without a clear technical specification.
- Tool proficiency: Confident skills in working with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, ability to build pivot tables and reports.
- Responsibility and Honesty: Readiness for open discussions with the supervisor and project manager.
- English Language: You must have a solid level of English for quick information processing and written communication.
Conditions:
- We work remotely or in the office (office in Yerevan).
- Flexible schedule, the main thing is to complete tasks on time.

- Salary: $800 during the probation period (3 months), then — from $800-1000 gross with the possibility of increase depending on work results by grades.
- The company pays 50% of the cost of courses and training.
- Assistance with relocation to Armenia (if needed): Residence permit, bank — we will advise and support you with everything.
What you need to be prepared for
- There is a lot of work to do.
- You will need to learn constantly, a lot, quickly, and, to a large extent, independently. The supervisor or lead manager may reject any task if they believe it has not been done to a sufficient quality.
- Mistakes are allowed, and no one will punish you for them, but you must learn from mistakes.
