🚀 LIDERA agency is looking for a Junior Manager (Farm Operations)

📍 Format: remote / hybrid / office

LIDERA agency is a multi-vertical media buying agency with a stable infrastructure, unlimited investments, and over 7 years of expertise in affiliate marketing. We are scaling our teams and work with large volumes of traffic from various sources daily.

We are now looking for someone to help coordinate internal processes and become an important part of our operations team.

Responsibilities:

• coordinate tasks between teams and contractors; • monitor deadlines, statuses, and task completion; • conduct business correspondence in English; • work with Jira, Google Sheets, and internal services; • ensure SLA compliance and promptly resolve emerging issues.

We expect:

✅ English language proficiency from B1; ✅ work experience as a coordinator, operations manager, account manager, in support, Customer Success, or a similar position; ✅ responsibility, organization, and ability to multitask; ✅ initiative and readiness to take responsibility for results. ✅ experience in affiliate marketing / digital, working with Jira and Google Sheets.
