I am looking for a REMOTE BUSINESS ASSISTANT for a successful female founder. I need an assistant to take the operational load off the manager. Starting with 3-4 hours/day, handling personal tasks (moving to California, household, children) and gradually transitioning to work areas: calendar, tasks, team, recruiting, research.

Requirements

• Executive/Business Assistant experience is mandatory
• Google Workspace, document management, payment processing
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
• Fluent English + understanding of US cultural context is a plus
• Independence, systematic approach, mature communication skills

Responsibilities

• Initially - personal tasks related to relocation and family household
• Calendar management, meetings, Zoom logistics
• Task collection and structuring, deadlines, follow-up
• Team communication, coordination
• Support for recruiting and research
• Documents, contractors, lawyers

Conditions

• Remote, part-time (3-4 hours/day) → full-time
• Pacific Time zone or flexibility according to the manager's schedule
• Income from 2000 euros, reviewed based on increased responsibility
• Long-term, communication via Telegram
