VIP Manager

Location: Poland (remote) / Cyprus (office), full-time Experience: One years of experience within iGaming with Tier 1 markets. Languages: English - fluent, Polish - fluent

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with VIP players, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Personalized Service: Deliver tailored support and communication through multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, live chat).
• Player Retention: Design and execute retention strategies to maximize player lifetime value and reduce churn.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on VIP player activity, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in VIP account management, preferably within iGaming, online entertainment, or a similar customer-focused industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
• Fluency in Polish and English (additional languages are often a strong advantage).
