What you will be doing
- Manage installation teams on site: organization, deadlines, quality, the nearest site is Kuzbass.
- Coordinate the supply of equipment, materials, and special machinery;
- Be the main point of contact between the client, the design department, and the procurement department;
- Maintain work logs;
- Independently resolve operational issues on site — we value those who can think and act.
Who we are looking for
- Experience as a Site Manager or Foreman — from 3 years;
- Higher or secondary vocational technical education (Civil Engineering is an advantage);
- Confident reading of drawings, specifications, and production documentation;
- Knowledge of SNiP, installation technologies, commissioning, and utility networks;
- Possession of A1 and B9.3 permits;
- Readiness for business trips lasting 1–2 months.
