Head of Support — Tutu
Location: Remote (RF), Moscow or Saint Petersburg office, or hybrid format

Responsibilities
- Manage the team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of supervisors and mentors.
- Plan work, set goals, monitor efficiency, and manage resource priorities.
- Analyze the causes of user complaints and implement improvements in processes to enhance service quality.
- Act as the final instance in resolving the most complex and non-standard customer issues.
- Collaborate with related departments (product teams, PR) and participate in company projects.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience managing a team of similar scale.
- Analytical mindset, ability to gather information and make balanced decisions.
- Developed leadership qualities, empathy, and ability to motivate people.
- Strong communication skills for business correspondence and verbal negotiations.
- Willingness to work on a 5/2 schedule in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
