International holding. We are launching a new iGaming project and are looking for a strong Head of Customer Support to build a support service from scratch, assemble a team, implement processes and KPIs, and elevate customer service to a high level. We are looking for you if:

• you have 3+ years of experience in iGaming;
• you have managed Customer Support (Head / Manager / Lead);
• you have built or scaled a support service;
• you have worked with KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, QA.
