Traveltech company Ostrovok is looking for a Head of Hotel Support.
Responsibilities:
- Process development and optimization: building efficient and automated support processes, creating an optimization plan.
- Resource forecasting and management: forecasting workload and scaling the team as needed to maintain a high level of service.
- Budget and cost management: regular monitoring of the team's budget and implementation of cost reduction measures.
- Analytics and performance evaluation: preparation and presentation of service performance data, working with metrics and setting KPIs.
- Administrative changes: introduction of new KPIs and a bonus system for the team.
- Continuous process improvement: working on identifying and eliminating process weaknesses, leading projects to simplify processes together with the BizOpt team.
- Interaction with developers: communication with technical teams on development issues
- Extranet and product changes.
- Team training and development: supporting and developing operations managers, forming and optimizing the organizational structure.
Requirements:
- Team management experience: strong leadership qualities, experience in building and managing a large team.
- Language proficiency: English at B1-B2 level.
- Data handling skills: confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to work with data and make decisions based on it, ability to read dashboards, knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the tourism industry: experience in the travel industry will be a big plus.
- Organization and discipline: ability to effectively distribute tasks and result-orientation.
- Analytical thinking and strategic vision: skills in long-term planning and process improvement.
- Conflict resolution and adaptability to change: willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment, resolve conflicts, and find compromises.
