We are looking for a responsible and organized private residence manager.
Please note that the candidate will be required to travel constantly between Italy, England, and Moscow.
You will be responsible for all processes to ensure the comfort of residents, which will be identical to the level of a five-star hotel. You will also oversee construction, coordinate staff, and ensure their impeccable performance.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, training, and management of domestic staff;
- Provision of impeccable service;
- Planning daily and weekly workloads for staff;
- Preparation and stocking of guest rooms for incoming residents;
- Organization of procurement of products and materials necessary for the household (monitoring inventory, placing orders, controlling quality and delivery times);
- Interaction with contractors regarding the maintenance of houses and territory;
- Coordination of the work of drivers and couriers;
- Prompt resolution of current household issues and unforeseen situations;
- Maintaining reports on expenses and purchases.
Requirements:
- Experience in a management position in the hospitality industry is MANDATORY;
- Staff management and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively;
- Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility;
- Good communication skills and the ability to build productive interactions with different people;
- Independence and initiative in problem-solving;
- PC proficiency as a confident user (basic office software);
- Valid foreign passport and a positive visa history;
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher; knowledge of Italian will be an advantage.
