In connection with the launch of a new gastronomic project, we are looking for a Café Director with experience in opening restaurants from scratch.

We are looking for a leader who will head the project at the launch stage and form a space where gastronomy, design, and a high level of hospitality will be a natural continuation of the brand's philosophy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project launch: from the pre-opening stage to the start of operational activities.
• Form a team and a culture of hospitality that corresponds to the values of a premium brand.
• Establish operational processes and ensure effective project management.
• Create a service where attention to detail becomes part of every guest's experience.
• Work in close collaboration with the brand team, brand chef, designers, and contractors.
• Develop the gastronomic space after opening, maintaining a high level of quality and service.

Requirements:

• Experience managing a restaurant or gastronomic project in the premium/luxury segment for over 5 years.
• Successful experience launching restaurants or cafés from the pre-opening stage.
• Strong management competencies and a developed culture of hospitality.
• Understanding of restaurant business economics and experience managing financial performance.
• Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
