WineWood Moscow is a complex of mansions on Krasnaya Presnya, combining a boutique hotel, Cépage restaurant, The Lobbiest bar, private lounges, Champagne Mansion, and event spaces.

We are looking for a manager who will take over the management of the entire restaurant, banquet, and catering direction of the complex.

Areas of Responsibility

— Cépage restaurant; — The Lobbiest bar; — restaurant lounges; — boutique hotel room service; — kitchens and service for Champagne Mansion events; — in-house and external catering; — gastronomic and bar stations; — unified standards for cuisine, service, and guest experience.

Main Tasks

— managing the operational and financial efficiency of the F&B department; — responsibility for revenue, cost of goods sold, payroll, and profitability; — building a strong team of kitchen, service, and bar managers; — developing restaurant concepts and product offerings; — establishing unified service standards across all spaces; — quality control of cuisine, service, procurement, and production; — interaction with the hotel, event team, marketing, and commercial departments; — launching new formats and improving the efficiency of existing directions.

We Expect

— experience in managing a restaurant, restaurant group, or hotel F&B department; — proven experience with P&L and management reporting; — understanding of the restaurant, banquet, and catering business; — strong competencies in operational management and team building; — high service standards and attention to detail; — ability to work in a complex multi-format structure.
