Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the restaurant, control of all departments' work.
- Team building: recruitment, training, employee development.
- Service quality control and guest interaction.
- Sales development: working with regular clients, partners, participation in marketing initiatives.
- Financial planning, cost management, KPI work.
- Inventory control and supplier interaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
- Deep understanding of restaurant management and service standards.
- Sales management and client relations skills.
- Team management experience: training, motivation, control.
- Financial literacy: budgeting, reporting, working with performance indicators.
- Organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
