The Legenda hotel group is looking for a General Manager.

The LEGENDA Hotel Group is the leader of the Russian tourism market in terms of the diversity of its facilities and business lines. Currently, the company manages over 20 properties, including hotel complexes, children's camps, glamping sites, ski resorts, sports facilities, restaurants, business spaces, and a tour operator.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the economic efficiency of the hotel's operations
• Achieving planned financial performance indicators
• Improving SOP efficiency and optimizing resource utilization
• Defining and developing the hotel's development strategy
• Executing the property's budget
• Controlling expenditures in accordance with the strategy
• Coordinating and evaluating the performance results of department heads
• Ensuring employee motivation, evaluation, and development
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers and key clients

Requirements:

• Higher professional education (technical; hotel business management; economics), advanced training courses in hospitality
• At least 3 years of experience in management positions (at the level of at least property manager) in the hotel services sector
