Director of International Development at Cosmos Hotel Group
Cosmos Hotel Group is the largest hotel chain in Russia with over 40 hotels of various formats. The team develops the Cosmos Hotels network and creates world-class service, relying on technology, expertise, and people.
Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of the international development strategy for Cosmos Hotel Group
- Search and launch of projects in foreign markets (models: management, franchise)
- Development and scaling of the group's brands outside of Russia
- Formation of a partner network (developers, investors, local operators)
- Participation in structuring and closing deals (management agreements, franchise agreements)
- Management of international projects and control of their effectiveness
- Responsibility for the financial results of the international direction (P&L)
- Building and developing the international function within the company
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in the hotel business / hospitality
- Practical experience in international development through franchise and/or management
- Experience in concluding and supporting management and franchise agreements
- Understanding of hotel project economics and investment models
- Experience launching projects in new countries
- Experience interacting with investors, developers, and partners
- Fluent English
Will be an advantage:

- Work experience with markets in the Middle East, Asia, Europe
