Sales and Marketing Director at LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS
A new hotel under construction in the center of Sochi by the South Korean brand LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS is seeking a strategic and dynamic Sales and Marketing Director who is ready to build a sales department from scratch and develop a new brand.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and management of the sales department (corporate clients, tour operators, agencies, MICE — events and conferences);
- Search and conclusion of contracts with key partners;
- Preparation and defense of annual and quarterly sales budgets
- Development of sales, marketing, PR, and advertising strategy for a five-star hotel
- Formation of the sales and marketing department team
- Organization of the hotel's participation in professional exhibitions and business events
- Personnel management
Requirements:
- Specialized education, at least 2 years of experience as a Sales, PR, and Marketing Director in 5-star international chain hotels
- English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
- Knowledge of marketing research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, and experience in conducting them independently and with the involvement of research companies.
- Knowledge and practical experience in applying methods of sales forecasting, pricing, customer segmentation, and product positioning.
- Experience in organizing advertising and PR activities in a hotel, including the application of trade marketing tools.
- Experience in budgeting and controlling the execution of marketing and advertising expenses budget, including evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities undertaken.
- Experience in attracting the group segment to hotels and implementing successful advertising campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of the Russian travel agent and tour operator market, as well as MICE and event agencies
- Extensive database of PR and advertising partners
- Experience in digital marketing
Conditions:
- 5/2 schedule, additional workload possible in case of operational necessity
- Salary discussed individually with the successful candidate
- Office in the Central district of Sochi, business trips possible
