Director of Sales

A Russian integrated agro-industrial holding with a full production cycle invites a Director of Sales for existing and under-construction hotel properties.

🔻About the Role This position is for a practicing manager who can work with both existing hotels and at the stage of launching facilities "from scratch": bringing hotels to planned financial indicators and ensuring stable, transparent operation of all services. Direct interaction with the General Manager, a high degree of autonomy in decision-making, and a focus on P&L, not just occupancy.

🔻Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in sales development during the construction and opening of hotels from scratch (pre-opening, opening, ramp-up)
• Experience in international chains or large multifunctional hotel complexes
• Deep understanding of building a sales system in the hotel business: corporate segment, MICE, OTA, direct sales, key account management.
