We are hiring: Director of Sales & Marketing / DOSM

Anor & Saffron Tashkent, Curio Collection by Hilton Tashkent, Uzbekistan

A new 5-star lifestyle hotel under the Curio Collection by Hilton brand is preparing to open in Tashkent, and we are looking for a strong commercial leader to join us at the pre-opening stage.

Key requirements:

• Mandatory previous experience in international hotel brands.
• Experience in 5-star hotels.
• Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within Sales & Marketing, or solid experience as Assistant DOSM / Deputy DOSM.

Strong knowledge of hotel sales, MICE, corporate, leisure, travel trade, digital marketing and revenue strategy.

Pre-opening experience will be a strong advantage. Strong leadership, commercial mindset, negotiation skills and result-oriented approach.

Knowledge of the Uzbekistan / CIS hospitality market will be an advantage.

We are looking for a DOSM who can think strategically, lead confidently, build strong business relationships and deliver results in a dynamic pre-opening environment.
