The Lotte Hotel Moscow sales and marketing team is currently looking for results-oriented, motivated, and passionate professionals for the position of Director of PR and Marketing.
What awaits you:
In the position of Director of PR and Marketing, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Development and implementation of the brand strategy and communication plan to achieve short-term, medium-term, and long-term business goals.
- Conducting communication activities and local events in accordance with corporate standards, as well as analyzing all promotional campaigns.
- Effective management of all local PR activities, media relations, and social media presence, taking into account our brand positioning goals.
- Leading the SMM team to engage the audience through traditional and new media.
- Utilizing existing media connections and developing new contacts in business and industry publications.
- Processing media inquiries and coordinating interviews.
- Preparing content for press releases, author articles, and key presentations.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and presenting the results of PR activities on a quarterly basis.
- Constantly evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising placements.
- Developing relationships with opinion leaders to increase brand awareness in the professional environment.
- Tracking current industry trends affecting clients and developing relevant recommendations.
Our requirements:
- Proven experience in public relations, marketing, and brand management.
- Successful experience in developing and implementing PR campaigns both locally and internationally.
- Established connections with local and international business and industry media, bloggers, and influencers.
- Experience acting as an official company representative; confidence and skills in handling interviews in broadcast and print media.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Confident experience with social networks (Instagram, Snapchat)
- Experience in organizing and conducting events.
- Higher education (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (written and spoken).
