PR Manager (B2B) at traveltech company Ostrovok
Ostrovok, a traveltech company, is looking for a PR Manager to work with B2B brands and increase brand awareness in key international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global PR strategies and campaigns;
- Create and distribute press releases, news, articles, and columns for English-language international travel media;
- Proactively monitor industry trends, promptly identify news hooks for publishing corporate analytics and news, and integrate ETG into the industry agenda;
- Conceive, adapt, and localize news hooks;
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with industry journalists, influencers, opinion leaders, and key players in relevant markets;
- Support and organize events: invite media representatives, arrange interviews, and accompany speakers at venues;
- Engage with external events and awards: select relevant events, submit applications, interact with organizing committees, and prepare for presentations;
- Manage contractors and/or agencies providing PR services;
- Prepare and implement crisis communication plans (if necessary).
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in international B2B PR;
- Experience in the tech/travel or hospitality industry will be an advantage;
- Practical experience managing successful media projects across multiple markets (Europe, Middle East, LatAm, Asia, NorthAm);
- Expertise in working with English-language industry media and global platforms;
- Ability to work with analytics, identify, and formulate insights relevant to the market based on data;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (C1 level or higher), ability to effectively present news hooks for different markets and audiences;
- Skills in independent project management, public speaking, and event organization;
- Ability and willingness to be hands-on: generate agendas, find news, and build contacts.
