Director of Restaurant Operations

ABNMB Group, one of the largest restaurant companies in Uzbekistan, is forming an independent business unit for its restaurant division and invites a director to lead the development of the Afsona, Irish Pub, and Bella Napoli brands.

Key Areas of Responsibility: • Strategic and operational management of the restaurant division; • Responsibility for financial results (P&L); • Development of brands, product, and customer experience; • Management of key functions: operations, marketing, HR, finance; • Improving the efficiency of existing restaurants; • Business scaling and launch of new projects.

We expect: — Experience managing a restaurant chain or restaurant group; — Understanding of modern service standards and customer experience; — Experience managing multiple business functions; — Strong leadership and management skills; — Strategic thinking and result orientation; — Experience in large restaurant groups will be an advantage.
