🏔️ General Manager | 4* Ski Resort | Uzbekistan

We are looking for a strong GM to launch a new international ski resort 60 km from Tashkent. A true resort, not an urban business hotel — with its own seasonality, character, and highland challenges.

If you have pre-opening experience, have worked in an international chain (Accor, Marriott, IHG, Kempinski, Four Seasons) and know how to manage P&L in mountain conditions — this is your position.

📍 Tashkent region, Uzbekistan — accommodation on the resort territory 👤 Reporting to: owner / owner's advisor 👥 Reporting to you: HR, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, SPA, Engineering, Sales, Finance

What's important: ✅ GM/Director experience of 5+ years, must be in a mountain/resort format ✅ Experience in an international hotel chain — mandatory ✅ Pre-opening experience ✅ Confident management of P&L and seasonal demand ✅ Crisis management: weather, cancellations, force majeure in the mountains ✅ Russian — mandatory, English and Uzbek — a plus ✅ Willingness to live on the resort territory

What are the tasks: Full operational management, budget and GOP, international service standards, working with OTAs and tour operators, guest safety in mountain conditions, resort engineering (heating, snow removal, energy autonomy), direct reporting to the owner.
