The "Utkino" Country House complex is looking for a General Manager for the country hotel.
Utkino Country House is a premium class country complex with a 5* hotel and numerous activities on its territory. A unique reunion with nature and unparalleled service. The complex is recognized as the best country hotel in Russia according to the Russian Hospitality Awards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic planning and management of the financial and economic activities of the country hotel;
- Daily management of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Spa & Wellness, additional services departments (shooting and equestrian club, equipment and inventory rental, electric vehicle park for meeting and moving guests around the territory, etc.);
- Development and implementation of measures for forecasting, identifying, assessing, preventing, and neutralizing all types of threats and vulnerabilities;
- Ensuring the achievement of financial indicators, organization and management of the budget process (P&L), analysis of hotel performance (ADR, RevPAR, OCC);
- Ensuring a high level of service for guests, monitoring compliance with hotel rules and standards;
- Auditing and improving business processes, implementing modern technologies for guest service and hotel management;
- Interaction with contractors, subcontractors, and potential partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a GM / Operations Director in 4/5* hotels
- Knowledge and practical application of service standards in the hospitality industry
- Higher education, preferably in HORECA
- Ability to build a financial model of an enterprise
- Deep dive into numbers and passion for analytics
- Knowledge and application of best HR management practices
- Ability to motivate employees to achieve high performance and quality of services
- Proficiency in relevant hotel software
