Freedom Travel (Aviata.kz) — 15 years in the online travel market, over 300 partner airlines and over 20,000,000 tickets sold. The company is part of the Freedom Lifestyle ecosystem and continues to actively scale.
We are looking for a leader who will take full responsibility for the company's operational segment — not as a separate function, but as an independent business unit.
— Confirmed experience in scaling operational processes along with company growth (preferably at a scale of 300–500 employees or more) — Direct responsibility for several post-sale functions — Developed financial thinking: the ability to evaluate operational decisions through the prism of P&L and business results — Experience in independently building processes and regulations, not just maintaining them
